The same day I heard that
Victory Park is now seeking "less pricey restaurants and bars" came word that
the Hard Rock Cafe is returning to Dallas and will be located in Victory. I can't decide whether that's a commentary on Victory or the Hard Rock. I also wonder whether the Hard Rock had to sign a
non-compete clause with American Airlines Center.
