Did Jones make the wrong choice?

In his search for a coach to replace Bill Parcells prior to this season, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones interviewed both Norv Turner and Wade Phillips, before surprising a lot of folks by picking Phillips. It's interesting to note that Turner coached an underdog San Diego Chargers team into the AFC championship game hours before the Phillips-coached Cowboys lost to the underdog New York Giants.
