Allison says KBH will run and lose

D magazine publisher and one of the few conservative voices around these parts who makes sense, Wick Allison, predicts today that Texas' senior Republican U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison will run for re-election, but lose in a GOP primary runoff. He is not, however, predicting who will win it. I doubt it will be this guy, but I wouldn't bet too heavily against this fellow.
