Here we go again -- another budget gap

Dallas City Manager Mary Suhm is expected to give the City Council good news and bad news next Wednesday. The bad news is that, according to current projections, city expenses could exceed revenue during the next fiscal year by as much as $96 million. The good news is that the gap may only be $41 million.
