World's most boring board game to get even worse

Did you ever think, while playing Monopoly, that you were just going around in circles wondering when this game would ever end? Of course, if you were the devious sort, you could always throw the dice off the table near one of the other players and when that player bent over to retrieve the errant cubes, swipe some of the money he had accumulated or remove a house from one of his properties.

The folks at Hasbro, who devised this cure for insomnia, has decided to take even that one joy out of the game, although it is recognizing the "going around in circles bit." Later this year, the Hasbro hellions will unveil their new Monopoly game board (pictured here), replacing the square board with a cleaner, more compact, round one and replacing the money with (what else?) credit cards. Each player will receive a credit card that will be adjusted by that gizmo you see there in the middle of the board.

You, too, can throw a shoe at the Prez

I've never been good a whack-a-mole games like this one, probably something to do with hand-eye coordination or lack of same. So I'm impressed when I see that someone has scored a 92 when all I could get was ... well, I'm not going to embarrass myself by telling you my score. Let it be known, however, that I only played it once. With practice and a little rest ... well, let's just say "Yuri, I could be coming for ya." (And, Yuri, if y0u happen to read this, don't take it seriously.)
