City Hall: Where sometimes is heard an encouraging word

The City Council is scheduled to receive this briefing today concerning the new directions being taken by the department of Code Compliance, arguably the most disliked city department by the public at large. I don't know about you, but I'm impressed ... sort of. It seems as though Code has its wheels turning, but only time will tell if they are spinning in place or the department actually has some traction. Stay tuned.
