Oh, how true it is

A week or so ago I wrote about filmmaker Ilana Trachtman and her documentary "Praying with Liore." Tonight the film was screened before a packed crowd at the Angelika Theater and after the showing, Ms. Trachtman made a short presentation about how she came to make the film and what she has learned traveling around the country presenting her picture. One of the things she said she learned really struck a responsive chord with me. She said: "There are really only two types of people in this world. Those who have special needs and those who will have special needs."
