She may not be perfect, but she's our sheriff.

Sheriff Valdez has accomplished a lot in her four years. Even the DOJ was in the paper today complimenting the Sheriff's progress in fixing the disaster of a jail she inherited.

Folks interested in this race should check out what the Sheriff has gotten done, and ask themselves how much more would realistically have been possible, given the mess her predecessor made, and the opposition she's faced from the Commissioners Court:
