Shrinking City Hall

The new proposed Dallas city budget is available now on the city's Web site. One of the parts I found most interesting was comparing the various departments the city has now to what it will have if the City Council approves the city manager's proposal, which, except for a few minor tweaks, is likely. (The picture here of the new Dallas Center for the Performing Arts is the photo on the cover of the City Manager's proposed budget)
