Judging from this trailer for The Other Man, Liam Neeson is starting to make a career of making films in which he must track down people who take relatives from him. This time it's his wife (Laura Linney) who is Taken, but it appears, from the trailer at least, she is taken willingly by Antonio Banderas (and what woman wouldn't?).
I guess Neeson is just biding his time waiting for Steven Spielberg to follow through on casting Neeson in the title role of his planned filmed biography of Abraham Lincoln. As am I. In fact, I wish St. Steven would go ahead and finally tackle that long-delayed project instead of his planned remake of Harvey with, presumably, the safe Tom Hanks as Elwood P. Dowd. I was thinking late last night that this idea could possibly be salvaged by casting Jack Nicholson in the lead: He would bring a nice edge of borderline insanity to the part
