Commentator Keith Olberman let individual members Congress who oppose a federal health care alternative have it with both barrels in a marvelously worded and delivered commentary last night. He said the Republican Party was purchased and owned by the nation's insurance and pharmaceutical companies, those that want to keep the costs of health care out of the financial reach of many Americans, but he didn't spare the so-called "Blue Dog Democrats" either, suggesting the word "Blue" should just be removed from their designation.
He brought up an interesting point: The very plan these members of Congress want to deny the American people is the same plan they have for their own health insurance.
