New movies to be released tomorrow on DVD

Bedtime Stories (2008) *½ Skeeter Bronson (Adam Sandler) is a down-on-his-luck guy who’s always telling bedtime stories to his niece and nephew, and whose life is turned upside down when these fantastical stories suddenly turn into reality. Sandler’s laziness, sloppiness, and cynical pandering are all over this film, and it turns what’s intended to be a graceful intersection of fairytale whimsy and real-world slapstick into an ugly, head-on collision.
